The cross over is literally nothing compared to the contemporary secrets he knows about her.
Otherwise, IMO, her love of keeping secrets is written pretty badly overall. Pros do not keep secrets – they hide them behind truths. She, as an ex-assassin, should be pro at keeping secrets. But every time story comes to it, author makes out of it some stupid illogical drama.

Really SL? This situation could have been salvaged in so many ways but the author continues to deviate from SLs nature for the sake of drama. At least keep her consistent. It’s annoying af.
