~___~ I still think he’s an ass. Playing with people’s feelings and making Su Luo more enemies. I swear he is like doing this so she can’t run away and is forced to ask for his protection. Such a manipulative move. I would run away so quickly. And even he admits he has some feeling towards that Fairy witch. Put yourself in Xiao Luo’s shoes. If a super handsome guy chased you around and kept on declaring his love for you and then when this super beautiful chick shows up his attitude change, even if you didn’t like him you would still feel at least a little insulted. Xiao Luo needs to get super strong so she can start doing w/e the eff she wants and give everyone a middle finger as she skips into the sunset. Girlfriend don’t need no man to take care of her.
Wasnt it like that since the beggining? People wanted to kill her since the start and if she didnt meet him she would be long dead because of her family.

Also what the promised that Li Aotian and Nangong Liuyun talk about? will it be explained in future chapters?
The promise will be revealed in the future…The meaning is that Nangong Liuyun had to have some feelings for her e.g. sister feeling or maybe a crush.

…I just started laughing like a maniac…I know Nangong Liuyun is currently being a bit of an ass by manipulating Su Luo, but that line…just erased a fair amount of my frustration at the entire situation.
Ah crown prince….you are never going to live that rumor down…I also have this hilarious image in my mind of an enormous mountain of herbs and supplements outside his palace given to him by his allies to help him ‘stand up’ and he looks at it and curses because no one will believe him anymore when he says that everything is fine.
Clearly, Su Luo should give him some supplements as well to show her good will with all that money she’s going to make off of him from the fishes….just imagining that prince’s expression if he could hear this…it makes my day.
Yep a nice unintended double entendre… Nangong Liuyun just meant that no matter who is helping the crown prince he would not be able to stand up to Nangong Liuyun 🙂
